Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at forsythbmf@hotmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation for the return. We will review your request and either provide a return authorization or open a dialogue to discuss the situation.
Return Window
You may return unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Used candles cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.
