Shipping Policy

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) within the continental United States (lower 48).
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Carriers
We ship using USPS Flat Rate, USPS Ground Advantage, or UPS Ground with tracking provided. Carrier selection is based on the most efficient and cost-effective option available at the time of shipping.

Packaging
Each candle is carefully cushioned and packed with protective materials to ensure safe arrival.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact us at forsythbmf@hotmail.com within 2 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging if applicable.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship to the continental United States (lower 48). We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii.
